The Profession

Choosing the right profession is quite hard and confusing. When I was in my elementary years, I usually play as doctor with my childhood friends. Silly, but that was my wildest dream. During my high school years, I was once asked what to take up on college and I just don't know what to answer. I said to myself that I'll be taking a course which I am not really good at. So, upon looking at my final grade in high school, it appeared that I'm weak in Communication subject. I was able to make a choice that I'll be taking Mass Communication. As I went to USJ-R for enrollment, a teacher introduce to me  another program which is AB-LiaCom (Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Commerce majors in Communication and Marketing). This program is somehow a combination of Mass Communication and Marketing and only USJ-R offers this program. The program was really new to me. At first, I am doubtful if I'll be pursuing in taking such course. Now that I'm on my third year, i realized that this course is more than cool to imagine. I can be the best of both worlds: The world in Communication and the world in Marketing. Here is our organization logo...

There are  lot of professions to choose from. Just make sure you really feel good on what program you take.

The School

Right after I graduated in high school, I keep on searching of what school is the best place to study. Until I found this image (look on the right side... SEE!). That school is enormous. Without having any second thought, I told my sister to study in this university. I continued to browse all of its composition. Indeed, I was convinced. But, it takes time for me to travel almost half a day in order to go to this university. That's why my sister decided to let me reside in Cebu. Yes you read it right! This school is located at the Queen City of the South, CEBU! Now that I have the school, the next thing to do is to find what degree program to study.

College? What?

The moment I graduated in high school, my life becomes more challenging as I will be going to the next level of education.  I'll be going miles away to study, leaving my property, authority, and family. Anyway, I'm Ryan, and for the rest of this blog I'll be taking you on a brief tour of my life. The reason for this tour is I think most kids haven't the foggiest idea of what to expect when they take flight from their nest and head for college. I hope as I relate my trials and triumph, you can read and learn, post a comment when you make the same mistakes, so we can laugh and cry with each other.

I do love my high school life. More games to play, more hilarious stuffs to do. But as soon as I graduated, things changed. It feels like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. College is more serious, but adventurous. As i packed up my stuffs, I was a bit uncomfortable leaving my own place. I could almost cry for my house seemed like it was getting smaller everyday. I'm not used of being independent. I always depend on them. Regardless of being all alone, I still manage  to survive with all the obstacles I encountered.

So, for the rest of this blog, sit back, relax, don't fall asleep as this college guy will tell you how I survive my college life.
